The sails are designed taking advantage of ProSail New Zealand computer program that creates three-dimensional profiles, which guarantees panels configuration that is fitted to forces ballasting the fabric; while the computer controlled big format plotter cuts panels precisely. Subsequently the panels are pasted and sewn together with triple zigzag using a thread of high wheather conditions durability. The fabrics that are used with sewing sails are manufactured by the best producers as: Contender, Dimension-Polyant, Baindbrige, and fittings mounted by us are provided by: Rutgerson, Alan Hollt, Wichard.
